Flowserve HPX-Mag API 685 Process Pump

Purpose‑built for the most hazardous liquid services, the HPX‑Mag is the first API 685 sealless magnetic drive pump to combine secondary pressure containment with integrated solids‑handling capability. This unique design delivers true zero‑emission performance, even in the event of a primary containment shell failure, protecting people, assets, and the environment in the most critical applications.

Features and Benefits
  • Robust construction meets or exceeds API 685 requirements, ensuring zero emissions in difficult-to-seal, toxic, aggressive and flammable liquids.
  • First API 685 sealless magnetic drive pump to combine secondary pressure containment with integrated solids-handling capability.
  • Hermetically sealed design eliminates the need for mechanical seals and external flushing systems during normal operation.
  • Dynamic thrust balancing system limits vibration and assures smooth operation over a wide flow range.
  • Increased mean time between maintenance (MTBM) reduces downtime and maintenance costs.
  • Back pullout design simplifies maintenance activities and reduces labor costs.
  • Extensive hydraulic coverage enables precise selection for the highest operating efficiency.
  • Parts interchangeability with HPX API 610 pump reduces parts inventory and carrying costs.

Alfa Laval: Plate & Spiral Exchangers

Alfa Laval is the global standard for compact heat exchangers across all industrial sectors.

  • T-Series & M-Series Plate Heat Exchangers: Standard gasketed plate exchangers.
    • T-Series: Optimized for industrial utility duties.
    • M-Series: Designed for general heating and cooling of liquids in chemical and mechanical processes.
  • Spiral Heat Exchangers: A unique circular design that allows for “self-cleaning” flow. They are ideal for handling slurries, fouling fluids, and high-solid contents that would clog standard plate exchangers.
  • Compabloc: A fully welded, compact plate heat exchanger designed for high-pressure and high-temperature duties that exceed the limits of gasketed units.
  • Packinox: The world’s largest type of plate heat exchanger, used almost exclusively in refineries (e.g., catalytic reforming) to recover massive amounts of heat, replacing multiple shell-and-tube units.
  • API Airtech™ Air-Cooled Heat Exchanger
  • API Basco® ACHE
  • API Fin-Fan Cooler
  • API Radiator Heat Exchanger
